I decided to buy a car on labor day. I called to see if the suv was still available. Mike Marcus answered all of my questions. He greeted my brother and I, outside as soon as we pulled up. He went over some of the features with me. It was an easy and smooth buying process. Mike Marcus listened to me, and remembered the things I said. Mike has a great personality, and is very friendly. They even stayed opened and hour last to close my deal. I am beyond satisfied. This has been my best car buying experience.

Just took home my Integra Type S from Criswell. From when I showed up unsolicited to talk about a car that wouldn't show up on their lot for months until I drove away in one, the folks at Criswell Acura made the whole journey a truly pleasant experience. I've had dealer experiences that were the opposite! But Kae made it feel like she was just as excited as I was, and the rest of the Criswell team helped me through the whole process. I think I might have had a smile on my face the whole time I was in the dealership! Great folks, great dealer!

This is my third vehicle that I have brought from Criswell and I'm happy to say that I have had a great experience every time. My sales consultant Sandra Massey does an excellent job of assisting in the buying process and really goes out of her way to ensure that you are familiar with the vehicle before driving off the lot. The buying process goes really smooth here.

If you want your heartbroken and wait for 2months for a car to be ready and called to pickup the car and test drive it to find out the finance manager let the loan expire and I get no car. Unless your well off and can buy it cash or at least got 50% down on the car. Do not go there. I would say I only like tha salesman he is a good guy. When the salesman is shocked. The financing department and ownership is not good. I will never shop or spend my money anywhere that has Criswell name on it. They just deal with the upper class not the middle or lower class. The 1 star is just for the salesman. If you’re not upper class you most likely want to go to another dealership. Just keep in mind getting turned down for is part of the process and that I don’t have a problem with that but when you have been waiting for car for 2 months and putting a deposit down and get told to come pick up the car. Then they tell you they let loan expire and can’t do anything for me. Then repost the car for 20,000 and sell it which is more than I was purchasing the car for. Beware if you’re lower or middle class.

I had a great experience with Mike Marcus buying my car! He took a lot of time showing me everything about the car and answering all my questions. He was super knowledgeable and made the process very smooth. Other dealerships I went to in the area could only read off their computer what they already posted online about the cars and didn’t seem interested in helping me.
